What we collect
Your email, the page language, your referral code and your referrer’s, campaign tags (UTM) and the country of your connection. Your IP address is used only against abuse and is not stored.
Why
To tell you when Kalmo launches and to count your spot in line. News after launch only if you ticked that box.
Where and with whom
The data is stored on our server in the EU (Frankfurt). Emails are sent by Resend (EU region). Bot protection is Cloudflare Turnstile. Visit statistics: Plausible (EU), without cookies.
How long
An unconfirmed email for 7 days. A confirmed one until launch and six months after, or until you remove it. Backups are kept up to 30 days.
Your rights
Remove your email with the link in any of our emails. Anything else: [email protected].
Coach applications
From the «Are you a coach?» form we keep your email or phone, the page language, the country of your connection and campaign tags — to contact you about the coach dashboard. Kept 12 months. To delete an application: [email protected].
